Hadith on Strength and Diligence
Al-mu'minu al-qawiyyu khayrun wa ahabbu ila Allahi min al-mu'mini al-da'if, wa fi kullin khayrun, ihris 'ala ma yanfa'uka, wasta'in billahi wa la ta'jiz.

Hadith on Overcoming Sleepiness for Prayer
Ya'qidush-shaitanu 'ala qafiyati ra'si ahadikum idha huwa nama thalatha 'uqadin, yadribu 'ala kulli 'uqdatin makanaha: 'Alayka laylun tawilun farqud.' Fa in istaiqadha fadhakarallaha, inhallat 'uqdatun, fa in tawadda'a, inhallat 'uqdatun, fa in salla, inhallat 'uqdatun, fa asbaha nasheetan tayyibal-nafsi, wa illa asbaha khabeethal-nafsi kaslan.
"Satan ties three knots at the back of the head of each of you when he goes to sleep, striking each knot and saying, 'You have a long night, so sleep!' If he wakes up and remembers Allah, one knot is undone. If he performs ablution, a second knot is undone. If he prays, a third knot is undone, and he wakes up in the morning feeling active and with a good soul; otherwise, he wakes up with a bad soul and feeling lazy."
(Sahih al-Bukhari)
