Dua for Anxiety and Fear

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْهَمِّ وَالْحَزَنِ، وَالْعَجْزِ وَالْكَسَلِ، وَالْجُبْنِ وَالْبُخْلِ، وَضَلَعِ الدَّيْنِ وَغَلَبَةِ الرِّجَالِ

Allahumma inni a'udhu bika minal-hammi wal-hazan, wal-'ajzi wal-kasal, wal-jubni wal-bukhli, wa dal'id-dayni wa ghalabatir-rijal.

"O Allah, I seek refuge in You from anxiety and sorrow, from helplessness and laziness, from cowardice and stinginess, and from the burden of debts and from being overpowered by men."

(Sahih al-Bukhari)

Dua for Ease and Relief

لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ سُبْحَانَكَ إِنِّي كُنْتُ مِنَ الظَّالِمِينَ

La ilaha illa anta subhanaka inni kuntu minaz-zalimin.

"There is no deity except You; exalted are You. Indeed, I have been of the wrongdoers."

(Quran, Surah Al-Anbiya, 21:87)

Hadith on Trust in Allah

حَسْبِيَ اللَّهُ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا هُوَ عَلَيْهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ وَهُوَ رَبُّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيمِ

HasbiyAllahu la ilaha illa Huwa 'alayhi tawakkaltu wa Huwa Rabbul-'arshil-'azhim.

"Sufficient for me is Allah; there is no deity except Him. Upon Him I have relied, and He is the Lord of the Great Throne."

(Quran, Surah At-Tawbah, 9:129)

Hadith on The Power of Belief

أَنَا عِنْدَ ظَنِّ عَبْدِي بِي، وَأَنَا مَعَهُ إِذَا ذَكَرَنِي

Ana 'inda zanni 'abdi bi, wa ana ma'ahu idha dhakarani.

"I am as My servant thinks I am, and I am with him when he remembers Me."

(Sahih al-Bukhari)
