Jealousy and envy can be corrosive to the heart, but Islam provides powerful remedies through sincere supplication and a deep understanding of trust in Allah. These du'as and hadiths are a source of strength, guiding us to seek protection from envy and to be content with what Allah has decreed.

Duas Against Jealousy

Dua for Reliance

حَسْبُنَا اللّٰهُ وَنِعْمَ الْوَكِيلُ

Hasbunallahu wa ni'mal-Wakeel.

"Sufficient for us is Allah, and He is the best Disposer of affairs."

(Quran 3:173)

Dua for Protection

أَعُوْذُ بِكَلِمَاتِ اللّٰهِ التَّامَّاتِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ

A'udhu bi kalimatillahit-tammati min sharri ma khalaq.

"I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from the evil of that which He has created."

اَلْعَيْنُ حَقٌّ
