Dua for Protection from Evil
اَللّٰهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ سَمْعِي، وَمِنْ شَرِّ بَصَرِي، وَمِنْ شَرِّ لِسَانِي، وَمِنْ شَرِّ قَلْبِي، وَمِنْ شَرِّ مَنِيِّي
Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min sharri sam'i, wa min sharri basari, wa min sharri lisani, wa min sharri qalbi, wa min sharri maniyyi.
"O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the evil of my hearing, and from the evil of my sight, and from the evil of my tongue, and from the evil of my heart, and from the evil of my private parts."

Dua for Steadfastness
يَا مُقَلِّبَ الْقُلُوبِ ثَبِّتْ قَلْبِي عَلَى دِينِكَ
Ya Muqallibal-qulub, thabbit qalbi 'ala dinik.
"O Turner of the hearts, keep my heart firm on Your religion."
(At-Tirmidhi)
Hadith on Lowering the Gaze
قُل لِّلْمُؤْمِنِينَ يَغُضُّوا مِنْ أَبْصَارِهِمْ وَيَحْفَظُوا فُرُوجَهُمْ ذَٰلِكَ أَزْكَىٰ لَهُمْ إِنَّ اللَّهَ خَبِيرٌ بِمَا يَصْنَعُونَ
Qul lil-mu'minina yaghuddu min absarihim wa yahfazu furujahum dhalika azka lahum inna Allaha khabirun bima yasna'un.
"Tell the believing men to reduce [some] of their vision and guard their private parts. That is purer for them. Indeed, Allah is Acquainted with what they do."
(Quran, Surah An-Nur, 24:30)
Hadith on Marriage for Chastity
يَا مَعْشَرَ الشَّبَابِ مَنِ اسْتَطَاعَ مِنْكُمُ الْبَاءَةَ فَلْيَتَزَوَّجْ، فَإِنَّهُ أَغَضُّ لِلْبَصَرِ وَأَحْصَنُ لِلْفَرْجِ
Ya ma'sharash-shabab, man istata'a minkumul-ba'ah falyatazawwaj, fa'innahu aghaddu lil-basari wa ahsanu lil-farji.
"O young people, whoever among you can afford to marry, let him do so, for it is more effective in lowering the gaze and guarding one's chastity."
