Finding Comfort and Relief in Du'a
In times of profound sadness, anxiety, and grief, our hearts may feel heavy. It is during these moments that we can turn to Allah, our ultimate source of comfort and strength. Remember that Allah's Mercy is vast, and He is always near.
Remember: **Du'a is the weapon of the believer. Pour your heart out to Allah, for He knows what is in it.**
A Quranic Verse on the Remembrance of Allah
أَلَا بِذِكْرِ اللَّهِ تَطْمَئِنُّ الْقُلُوبُ
"Unquestionably, by the remembrance of Allah hearts are assured."

اَللّٰهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْهَمِّ وَالْحَزَنِ
Allahumma inni a'udhu bika minal-hammi wal-hazan
"O Allah, I seek refuge in You from anxiety and grief."
Dua for Relief from Distress
لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ سُبْحَانَكَ إِنِّي كُنْتُ مِنَ الظَّالِمِينَ
La ilaha illa Anta, subhanaka, inni kuntu min adh-dhalimin
"There is no god but You; exalted are You. Indeed, I was of the wrongdoers."
Dua for Help and Support
يَا حَيُّ يَا قَيُّومُ بِرَحْمَتِكَ أَسْتَغِيثُ
Ya Hayyu Ya Qayyum, bi-Rahmatika astagheeth
"O Ever-Living, O Sustainer, by Your Mercy I seek help."
