Anger Management

Feeling Angry?

Anger is a natural human emotion, but Islam teaches us how to manage it in a way that is pleasing to Allah. The Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) taught us practical steps to control our anger and prevent it from leading to destructive actions.

Remember these key steps: **Seek refuge in Allah from Satan, remain silent, change your position (sit or lie down), and perform Wudu.**

A Hadith on Anger

Narrated by Abu Hurairah (RA): A man said to the Prophet (ﷺ), "Advise me." He said, "Do not get angry." The man asked again and again, and the Prophet replied, "Do not get angry."
